Key Detector
Reads MIDI notes and detects the musical KEY — the root + scale (major, minor, or a mode) that best explains them, the way the Clock reads the tempo. Wire a Piano Roll's Pitch output (one part) OR an Arranger's output (the WHOLE SONG — it reads every MIDI clip inside) into the Notes input: the readout shows the detected key, a confidence, the runner-up keys, and the spread of pitch classes it heard. Snap-to-key then quantizes those notes into the detected key. Its Key output feeds a Pitch node's Key input, so a sung melody auto-snaps to the DETECTED key (no need to set it by hand). A pure analysis node — no sound of its own; it just listens.
