Clock

Master tempo / transport — the conductor. Set the Tempo (BPM) + the Time signature (beats per bar) and press Play to start the transport; the Clock output is a `sync` signal that timeline nodes (the Arranger) follow to start and stay in time. At end chooses what happens when the playhead reaches the last clip on the bound arrangers (the populated range): Loop (return to the top and keep going), Stop (hold at the end — press the return button to rewind), or Continue (free-run past the end). A pure CONTROLLER: it makes no sound by itself. The kernel owns the tempo + play state + end action; audio.js holds the running transport (pressing Play marks the timeline zero everything syncs to) and the populated range (clip durations are PCM-side).
