Mod Matrix
Modulation matrix — a crosspoint grid where ROWS are modulation SOURCES wired into its inputs (LFOs, envelopes, macros) and COLUMNS are modulatable destination params, each lit cell a BIPOLAR depth. A cell IS the patch's real mod cable (a connect_param edge + its edge_depth): the same routing you get by dropping a mod-cable on a knob shows here as a lit cell, and a cell dragged here shows as a live cable on the canvas — ONE unified store, no divergence. A pure CONTROLLER (like the Clock): it makes no sound and owns no cell store; it is a surveyable lens over the modulation graph.
