Spectral Vocoder
SPECTRAL VOCODER — make a synth SPEAK, via the Spectral Blend. Play the on-screen Keyboard to sound a rich synth voice (the carrier) into a Spectral Blend's A input; a live Microphone (the modulator) feeds B; the Blend's VOCODER mode imposes your voice's coarse spectral shape onto the synth, so the synth talks your words. This is the FFT-band vocoder — a sibling of the formant-filter Talkbox rig; try both. Drop it in, grant mic access, then hold a chord and speak or sing. Use headphones to avoid feedback (the mic's Mute also kills it). The Blend Spectra scope shows your voice (B) carving the synth (A) into the Result. A FUNCTIONAL preset, palette-only.
