Arranger
Multitrack timeline — arrange clips into a song. Wire a Clock into its Clock input (a `sync` link, not audio): pressing the Clock's Play starts the Arranger's track(s) in time. v0 has ONE track — Load an audio file and it plays in sync on Play; wire the Arranger's output to the Speaker to hear it. The kernel owns the track list + config (node state); audio.js holds the clip PCM + the buffer sources it schedules at the clock's start. (Add-track, solo/mute, and a waveform timeline come next.)
