Chord Progression
A chord-progression sequencer (the chords arc) — place chords (by name, or pick a key + click the chords that fit) on a bar timeline and the Clock plays them back through the wired POLYPHONIC voice. A NOTE controller like the Piano Roll, but its kernel-owned data is CHORDS {root, quality, start, length, inversion}, which the kernel expands into notes (harmony.rs). Outputs Pitch + Gate + Velocity; wire into a voice (or drop the Chord Progression rig) + bind a Clock to Sync; raise Polyphony so each chord's notes ring together. The chord list is kernel-owned + saved with the project.
