Sine Oscillator

First real stateful DSP reducer — a phase-accumulating sine wave at 440 Hz, emitting one render-quantum (128 samples, f32-as-u32) buffer per cycle. Each instance carries its own phase, so multiple sine_oscillators stay independent. The fixed 440 Hz frequency is hardcoded at build time today; parameter inputs follow in a later commit.
